Enhance packaging

Cresson Remi requested to merge executable-scripts into develop

This MR should enhance installation process and packaging.
Changelog :

  • scripts are now executable and will be installed directly in PATH (usually $HOME/.local/bin or /usr/local/bin)
  • added package dependencies to setup.py
