* Update charts "enfants" de rstudio

(via generate-children-charts.py)

* adding repository pip conda and r for all python cards
* adding hiddent field to region injection
* remain just rstudio statefulset to do later (when rstudio run in my non root environment)

(this is to allow library-chart 1.1.0 to rebuild through the existing Github Action)
